Exactly how much time you’ll need to get a Tennessee real estate license varies depending on how much time you take to complete the 90 hours of pre-licensing coursework and pass your licensing examination, the time it takes you to complete the application process and find a sponsoring broker, and application and background check processing times.
Individual courses for affiliate brokers must be completed within six (6) months of the start date.
